3. Subscription Plans and Payments Subscription fees and terms will be provided during signup. Payments must be made in advance for the selected plan. We may update pricing with 30 days’
notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services. No refunds are provided
for unused portions of subscription periods.
4. Use of Services You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our
Services. You agree not to misuse the Services for illegal or harmful purposes. Reverse-engineer,
copy, or resell our tools. Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access our Services. We
reserve the right to monitor and restrict access to protect the integrity of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property All content, tools, and materials provided by The Bannon Report are our
intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for unauthorized purposes. If
you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
6. User-Generated Content You are responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through
our Services. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use,
display, and distribute your content to operate the Services. We reserve the right to remove content
that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
